The 2023 Citroen DS4 is currently in its second generation, based on an all-new platform shared with the Opel Astra VI and Peugeot 308

Since the name suggests, it was included with variable valve timing. All of the petrol engines powering the Citroen DS 4 were the product of a collaboration between PSA and BMW, 1,598cc four-cylinder, 16-valve units. This compact but sporty coupe offered more performance relative to its older siblings, thanks largely to a more powerful engine. By 2012, Scion had introduced the tiny iQ city car and the sporty FR-S sport coupe. The following year, the Scion brood grew to incorporate the tC. The xA has since been replaced by the xD, which carries on the quirky and customizable spirit of its predecessor. The DS 4 is stylish and well-equipped, but expensive and the rear seats are small. Entry-level DS 4 Elegance models feature 17-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, leather-wrapped tyre, cruise control, electric windshields, air-con, and electric adjustable and heated door mirrors with hill start assist. It is meant to contend with the BMW 1 Series and Audi A3 hatchback, but additionally it may compete with the Mercedes-Benz A-Class.
